Minimalistic Style Inspiration: 4 Bloggers you Must Follow Now

Minimalism fashion has been one of the most blogged about ways of dressing since pretty much the  beginning of fashion blogging.

But in an abundance of bloggers these days, it's hard to stand out in a crowd of overly adorned and accessorized fashionistas.

But minimalistic fashion has become not only a trend but a way of life for many style bloggers.

These five ladies managed to stand out in the world of blogging by simply showing off effortless yet sophisticated style.

As you know, Global Garbs aims to highlight trends from around the globe, and we're always on the hunt for the next style star.

We don't know about you, but we just can't seem to grasp how one can look so perfectly chic wearing just a plain white tee, black pants, and possibly sandals.

It's not just that the majority of these bloggers are gorgeous, we think it's the quality of clothing they are wearing and also just a certain je ne sais quoi  about them.

As always, we're on the hunt to feature the best of the best, and also some up-and-coming style stars that catch our eye.

From Spain to China, one thing these ladies all have in common is their ability to rock pretty much anything and look super chic.

USA - BROOKLYN, NY

Michaela from FIGTNY.COM shows us that you can wear only black, white, grey or beige from head to toe and look absolutely amazing.  We love Michaela's ability to put the most simple outfits together while looking extremely sophisticated and styled to perfection.

MADRID, SPAIN

Trini G shows us that minimalism can be super chic and cool at the same time.  We love Trini's ability to wear both feminine and androgynous looks that never look like she's trying too hard. Her accessory selections are pure perfection when it comes to styling. No wonder she's a fashion stylist/blogger as her full time gig.

USA - TEXAS

We discovered Caroline from Un-fancy a few years ago when she set the intention of creating a 37-piece capsule collection for her entire wardrobe. We were instantly smitten with Caroline's down to earth vibe and carefully selected choices.  She is a true minimalist and lives it every day on her blog.

NETHERLANDS - AMSTERDAM

Levi Nguyen from Tlnique obviously has an amazing sense of style.  When it comes to being a minimalist style blogger, we actually aren't quite sure she fits the bill entirely, nor does she classify herself as one.  However, we do know that Levi has a distinctive style that is classy and metropolitan.  We want every one of her outfits!

The Most Colorful Fashion Bloggers ever!

When it comes to wearing color, these five lovely ladies know how to pull it off without looking too over the top.

You can't help but smile when scrolling their Instagram feeds, and they are by far the most colorful bloggers who certainly make a statement and really stand out when it comes to wearing color.

With spring and daylight savings quickly approaching, we are definitely in brighter spirits now that it's time to put that puffy coat into storage (well in NYC...if you're on the west coast you probably don't even own a puffy coat lol).

From Los Angeles to Ukraine, we scoured Instagram for the best of the best standing out in the name of wearing color. Check 'em out below!

First off is Elizabeth Keene from A Keene Sense of Style based in Los Angeles. She is always a gorgeous standout wearing color from head to toe. Let's face it, this girl would also look great wearing a red trash bag, but we definitely get some colorspiration from this lovely style blogger. We've featured Elizabeth previously in one of our City vs City posts of Nor Cal vs So Cal style.

Jennifer Lake from Style Charade does not appear to be based in Chicago  based on her outfit selections. We are always so impressed by her warmer weather outfit selections and her ability to wear color and find the most beautiful backdrops ever. If you haven't checked out her Instagram yet it's definitely worth following. She does an excellent job curating a beautiful yet whimsical feed and we cannot get enough.

As one of the most followed fashion blogs in the world, Folake Kuye Huntoon from Style Pantry is somewhat of a pioneer in colorful street style. Her African style influence definitely plays a role in her everyday outfit selections and we are definitely inspired not only by her colorful style, but her ability to grow a global following to over a million fans.

As a Texas native, Carrie Colbert has an eye for bright and bold colors and is well curated in her blog Wear Where Well.  Her content is a combination of what she's wearing, where she's going and what she's doing. You would never believe that this fashionista actually has quite an accomplished career in the Energy industry. We say she's got another creative path in her future based on these amazing images.

And finally we have Ellena, from Galant Girl from Ukraine.  We have been following Ellena for quite some time now, as her personal style is unique and refreshing with her play on dark and lighter hues of the same family that she often uses in her every day outfits. Plus we're all about finding other amazing bloggers from around the world and she has stood out from the beginning.
